History of IDKC

Irish Deaf Karting Club was set up in 1997. Northern Ireland and Scotland host the Deaf Karting Championship in Scotland. Micheal Dunne(Dublin), Richard Keogh(Dublin) and James Horan(Wexford) join the Northern Ireland team. In 1997, When Northern Ireland host their own Deaf Karting Championship. Rep of Ireland have thier own team and join the competition. At the same time, the Three Lads have found the club. Adrienne Clarke(Meath) join the team in 1997

Monthly Training
1 Hour Training in Kart City in Santry, Dublin from 11am to 12 noon on 8th of December.

Cost: €40

Irish Open 2013

Location: Castlefin Xtreme Karting, Castlefin, Co Donegal.
Race Start at 12 noon sharp.

Race Entry Fee: €60.

Register and Deposit: €20 before Saturday 31st of August and pay €40 (exact change please).

Euro Nations 2012

Unfortunate, We didnt get to the top 3 however we received a Snail Piece Trophy which is better than getting nothing. Our Team tried their best and we hope we can do better next year. Here the result of the Euro Nations 2012.
