History of IDKC
Irish Deaf Karting Club was set up in 1997. Northern Ireland and Scotland host the Deaf Karting Championship in Scotland. Micheal Dunne(Dublin), Richard Keogh(Dublin) and James Horan(Wexford) join the Northern Ireland team. In 1997, When Northern Ireland host their own Deaf Karting Championship. Rep of Ireland have thier own team and join the competition. At the same time, the Three Lads have found the club. Adrienne Clarke(Meath) join the team in 1997
